If this is what a lay off can do for a team it was worth it, the boys were chomping at the bit to get on the field and play some good constructive rugby which they did with some great moves from all the players involved, at every opportunity given they moved the ball around the pitch and scored some very good tries, not taking anything from beddau they gave a good display especially in their defensive drills,

But on the day Blackwood were to strong and came out deserved winners with the game ending 46 – 10 to Blackwood,

Boys well done you came out to prove you could play open rugby,Nice to see 22 players their pity “we don’t get that much in training” Now we are aware that if we don’t turn up for training don’t turn up and expect to play on Sunday,

If you want to be part of the team then train with the team
